TJS Property Group will manage any requirements you have on the basis of “as and when” it is needed. We have a large index of local contractors that we rely on ourselves to take care of any works needed at our vacation homes. All of the trades people we use are fully qualified in their field including electricians, gas engineers, plumbers and other trades. We will also arrange for the necessary gas & electrical certificates to be actioned. As owners of vacation properties we would also recommend that you consider a program of scheduled maintenance, this will allow you to utilise the quieter periods fully, keeping the property in the best condition without needing to take prime vacation time up. Keeping the property in the best possible condition will keep the reviews great, which in turn keeps the bookings rolling in!

Initial external & Internal Viewing and preparedness report.

Conduct viewing of the property in question with the estate agent on your behalf. Full photographic & video walk

through report including specific focus on any areas that require attention.

Full report on any works that require attention prior to opening the doors to clients.

If the property is a full refurbishment then we will prepare a full schedule of works that should be undertaken to bring the property up to the required standards.

We will also put together a realistic timescale for the completion of the refurbishment.

A full estimate on all building works will be compiled and submitted.

TJS Property Group offer a full construction based service. Company Director Tom Shadwell’s background is in Construction. He has run a building company in North London for the last 10 years & prior to that worked within the industry for a number of developers in that geographical area. 

We have built strong local partnerships with excellent professional & trades people including Architects & Structural Engineers right through to the skilled trades people that install, fit, paint & carpet.
